TERMS OF SERVICE - DEMO VERSION

IMPORTANT: These terms apply to the ComplianceAI Company demo only.

Full terms for the production service will be provided upon commercial engagement.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the ComplianceAI demo ("Demo"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Demo.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The Demo provides a demonstration of ComplianceAI's sanctions screening capabilities, including:

- Entity screening against public sanctions lists

- Ownership structure analysis

- Risk scoring

- Compliance recommendations

IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS:

- The Demo uses SAMPLE DATA and may not reflect real-world results

- Screening results are for DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY

- The Demo does NOT constitute legal or compliance advice

- Do NOT make business decisions based solely on Demo results

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

- Use the Demo only for evaluation purposes

- Not input real, sensitive, or confidential data

- Not rely on Demo results for compliance decisions

- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our algorithms

- Not use the Demo for any unlawful purpose

- Not attempt to overwhelm or disrupt our systems

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the Demo are owned by ComplianceAI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Demo

- Use our branding without written permission

- Scrape or extract data from the Demo

- Create derivative works based on the Demo

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

5.1 The Demo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5.2 ComplianceAI does NOT warrant that:

- The Demo will be uninterrupted or error-free

- Results will be accurate or complete

- The Demo will meet your specific requirements

5.3 IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPLIANCEAI BE LIABLE FOR:

- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

- Damages arising from reliance on Demo results

- Any claim arising from your use of the Demo

5.4 YOUR TOTAL REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO $0.00 (Zero dollars), as the Demo is provided free of charge.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ComplianceAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of the Demo

- Your reliance on Demo results

- Your violation of these Terms

- Your violation of applicable laws

7. DATA PROCESSING

7.1 Data you input:

- You retain ownership of data you input into the Demo

- By inputting data, you grant us a limited license to process it for Demo purposes

- We do not store your input data beyond the Demo session

- We do not share your input data with third parties

7.2 Data we generate:

- Screening results, risk scores, and recommendations are generated by ComplianceAI and remain our property

- You may view these results for evaluation purposes only

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Demo at any time, without notice, for any reason, including:

- Violation of these Terms

- Disruption of our systems

- Discontinuation of the Demo

9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.

10. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Demo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
